Savino Del Bene in the Gdańsk-based Panattoni Park Tricity East VI
The Italian company Savino Del Bene, which provides multimodal transport services worldwide, is a new tenant at Panattoni Park Tricity East VI. It will occupy 8,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the facility. Savino Del Bene was founded in 1899 in Florence. It specializes in multimodal transport and is present in 55 countries. The offer of Savino Del Bene is aimed at entities from many industries, including food, furniture, chemical, high-tech, pharmaceutical, and automotive. The company employs 4,500 people in 190 branches.
The investment, in which Savino Del Bene leased space, was carried out by Panattoni – the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe. The company has already delivered over 400,000 sqm in the Pomerania region, which allowed the region to exceed one million sqm of industrial space.
– Thanks to modern industrial space, Pomerania, and especially the Tricity region, can fully utilize its location advantages for business. In the context of the new tenant, the proximity of the Port of Gdańsk is particularly important. One of the largest ports on the Baltic Sea enabled the transshipment of 5.8 million tons of goods in July this year, breaking another record. Additionally, the Tricity region provides very good access to railway infrastructure that connects Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava, and Vienna. This is further proof that Panattoni is able to perfectly tailor an investment to the client's needs, not only in terms of technology but also location – says Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director at Panattoni.

Its advantage is a location conducive to providing transport services (including multimodal transport) and warehousing.
