A Polish company providing services for the bakery, confectionery, ice cream, and HoReCa sectors has leased nearly 3,000 m2 of warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. The tenant was supported in the transaction by the agency MAXON Nieruchomości.
Savpol will lease approximately 3,000 sqm of modern space at MLP Pruszków I. About 2,600 sqm will be designated for warehouse purposes, and another 400 sqm will consist of an office and social building. The handover of the facility, adapted to the tenant's needs, is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
Savpol has nearly 30 years of experience in the Polish and European market in supplying selected, high-quality raw materials, products, and equipment. It provides services for the bakery, confectionery, ice cream, and HoReCa sectors.

MLP Group is in the process of obtaining administrative permits for the construction of a PV installation with a capacity of approx. 950 MW, which will be built on the roof of one of the buildings at the MLP Pruszków I park. Thanks to this, the demand for energy from the external power grid will be reduced by approx. 13%, and CO2 emissions will decrease by approx. 663 t/year. Currently, a 50 kWp installation is already operating at MLP Pruszków I, which powers the tenants. In the coming days, a photovoltaic sidewalk will be created in front of the entrance to the MLP GROUP S.A. office, which will provide energy to illuminate the MLP logos. This will be the first solution of this type in Poland.
