
Segro, acting on behalf of the joint venture SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (SELP), announced that SELP is expanding its Czech portfolio through the acquisition of a warehouse park in Sázava near Prague.
The park will be named SEGRO Logistics Park Prague, Sázava.
With this, SELP's presence in the Czech market increases by nearly 30 percent – to over 215,000 sqm.
The fully leased warehouse park was purchased from the Czech developer UDI Group.
SEGRO Logistics Park Prague, Sázava is located on nearly 13 ha and consists of four buildings with a total area of 46,500 sqm. Their roofs have been adapted for the installation of photovoltaic systems, and electric vehicle charging stations have been installed throughout the park. The purchase of the park aligns with SEGRO's long-term commitment to supporting low-carbon development.

The park, located near the Prague ring road, is characterized by excellent visibility and offers direct access to the D1 Prague-Brno-Ostrava motorway. This location provides great communication with the capital of the Czech Republic, as well as with major transport networks and the largest metropolitan area in the country. Located just a 15-minute drive from the Prague ring road, SEGRO Logistics Park Prague, Sázava has direct access to the Prague area and the entire Czech logistics network. The Prague region is the largest and most important industrial and logistics market in the Czech Republic.
In addition to the newly acquired park, the Czech portfolio of SELP includes SEGRO Logistics Park Prague with an area of 168,800 sqm. It is strategically located near the airport, directly by the R6 motorway (Prague - Karlovy Vary) and close to the Prague ring road, providing convenient access to the D5 (Prague - Plzeň) and D1 (Prague - Brno) motorways, as well as to the city center.
