Long-term cooperation with SEGRO has shown us that both the choice of partner and the location in Nadarzyn was optimal – especially from the perspective of our customers. We are looking for warehouses that guarantee great flexibility and an excellent location, allowing for maximum reduction of delivery time. In this business, it is not just hours that count today, but also minutes and seconds. The right workspace definitely supports the development of our services and I am convinced that this will also be the case in the coming years.-
SEGRO warehouse and production parks are located in strategic locations, which allows our clients to efficiently conduct operations on the domestic and international market. In addition, they can count on constant support from experienced Property Managers, who ensure effective property management and a quick response to current business needs. The extension of the agreement by Logwin is a testament to the trust and satisfaction with the long-term cooperation with SEGRO - emphasized
Bartosz Michalski, Director, Logistics, Poland, SEGRO.The warehouse park in Nadarzyn also provides solutions supporting sustainable development. On its premises, there are, among others, chargers for electric vehicles or an automatic license plate reading system, which allows for reducing waiting times for entry, and thus reducing CO₂ emissions. The park also features amenities for employees that support well-being, such as an outdoor gym and relaxation zones.
