SEGRO Business Park Warsaw with a new tenant

Sweet Gallery, the owner of gastronomic franchise points such as Lodolandia & Kołacz na Okrągło, SiGelato and Bafra Kebab, has signed a lease agreement for nearly 1,100 sqm of space at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Okęcie. The space will be used to store components for the production of, among others, ice cream, waffles, and sauces. SEGRO Business Park Warsaw Okęcie is currently fully leased.

Sweet Gallery is a company that owns several gastronomic franchise chains. It is one of the largest players in the mobile gastronomy sector in Poland. It also operates abroad: in Romania, Germany, Austria, Great Britain, and Slovakia. The company cooperates with global retail chains, locating its sales points, among others, at shopping centers and retail parks. These are external, outdoor points, and sales take place from a "safe window" in a take-away format. The new warehouse location in Warsaw will allow Sweet Gallery to further develop its sales points and will support the plan to diversify its gastronomic offer.
