Seifert Polska and Daimler Truck Polska choose Segro Logistics Park Stryków

Seifert Polska has won a tender to operate a logistics center in Poland for one of the world's largest premium commercial vehicle manufacturers: Daimler Truck. Segro Logistics Park Stryków is the next location where these companies will strengthen their cooperation. Seifert Polska belongs to Seifert Logistics Group, a German logistics operator with an international reach, with 45 locations in Europe. Seifert Logistics centers are present wherever the automotive industry is developing. Also in Poland: in Upper Silesia in Bielsko-Biała and Mysłowice, and in Lower Silesia in Jawor, where since 2019 Seifert has been providing its client with internal and external logistics services for an engine and battery factory. Other Seifert Polska centers are located in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Ostrołęka.

–  We have been cooperating with the Mercedes-Benz Group automotive concern in Poland for several years now – comments Aleksandra Wacławczyk, Head of Tender Management at Seifert Polska in the logistics area. – For Daimler Truck AG, we were looking for logistics space that would ensure a very efficient flow process of spare parts for 40 Mercedes-Benz Trucks service points in Poland, including their transport within the scope of comprehensive handling of individualized orders. The agreement we concluded with Segro is the culmination of our search. We are pleased with the potential that this location brings and with the "green" solutions offered by this park.

 – I congratulate the representatives of Seifert Polska on winning the tender and developing cooperation with Daimler Truck in Poland – says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director at SEGRO.

I would also like to thank you for your trust. I believe that the spaces in Stryków, adapted to the needs of a demanding and automated business, will meet the expectations of both companies. I am sure that our cooperation will support the presence of Seifert and Daimler Truck in Central Poland, which will translate into their further growth.
