SICO Polska is the new tenant at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II

SICO Polska, a provider of solutions in the field of printing, advertising, and visual communication, has leased 3,700 sqm of warehouse and office space with a showroom at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II.

For 22 years, SICO Polska has been distributing media (inks, screen printing inks, and other materials) as well as equipment used by digital printing houses. The company also provides maintenance services for machines – including solvent, sublimation, and UV printers. To reach its customers, the company has sales offices in the largest cities in Poland, including Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, and Kraków. The operations of SICO Polska have been recognized and awarded with many titles, such as the Forbes Diamond 2019 and Business Gazelle 2020. In addition to offering products from proven brands, the company shares its knowledge in the field of printing, among others, during the organized Printing Days workshops in Kraków. These events are aimed at, among others, digital clients.

Due to favorable lease terms and the availability of modern warehouse and office space, SICO decided to move its operations from the urban zone of Warsaw to the suburban zone. The location of Panattoni Park Warsaw North II fits the tenant's needs and provides SICO Polska employees with quick and convenient access – says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate in the Industrial and Warehouse Department at Newmark Polska.

Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is located in the second zone of the Warsaw industrial and warehouse market. The advantage of this investment is its location by the S8 expressway, which connects Białystok and Wrocław (and ultimately Kłodzko). During the construction of the park, many pro-ecological and energy-saving solutions were used, thanks to which the facility obtained BREEAM certification, and tenants can use modern class A warehouse space.
