SimpliCity Printing House joins the group of tenants at MLP Poznań West
SimpliCity Printing House has leased a total of approximately 5,300 sqm of modern space at MLP Poznań West. Of this, over 4,700 sqm will be used for production and warehousing purposes, including a social annex within the warehouse area. The office section will occupy nearly 600 sqm. The facility is currently under construction and is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant in the fourth quarter of this year.
SimpliCity Printing House is a creative production house. Its operations include large-format printing using a modern machine park.
The facility intended for the tenant will be 11.5 meters high. Due to the nature of the business, additional hall ventilation will be provided via smoke vents. Electricity will be supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the warehouse roof. At the same time, the office spaces will feature a very modern design and will be well-lit thanks to large glazing.

In accordance with the developer's strategy, modern eco-solutions are being used in the expanding MLP Poznań West logistics park. A photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of 482 kWp has been placed on the roofs of the buildings. The installation will produce approx. 500 MWh of electricity per year. At the same time, facility management and monitoring of building systems are carried out based on an Asset Information Model. The technology is used to improve operational processes through integration with Building Management Systems (BMS). Its application is particularly important in facilities where production or operation processes take place continuously (e.g., in temperature-controlled warehouses or production facilities). The building is currently in the process of obtaining BREEAM certification.
The MLP Poznań West park is the fastest-expanding center belonging to MLP Group and will ultimately provide approx. 150,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space. The logistics center is located on the western side of Poznań near the S11 expressway, just 7 km from the junction with the A2 motorway.
