Sopro Polska, a German manufacturer of construction chemicals, despite the economic slowdown caused by the pandemic, is not slowing down the pace of its investments in Poland. In accordance with its adopted strategy, it is implementing a plan to expand its modern production plant in Nowiny. Almost 22,000 square meters of new investment land will be allocated for the construction of a warehouse hall and a showroom, i.e., a training center with a total area of over 7,000 square meters.
"The development of the plant in Nowiny is a clear confirmation of the validity of the business path we have chosen. The first stage of the investment will allow for the improvement of operational efficiency, production effectiveness, and company flexibility. Thanks to this, we will develop our competencies not only in Poland but also within the entire Sopro group" – emphasizes Jacek Stalka, CEO of Sopro Polska.
After the plant design process was completed, it was time to select a subcontractor. The contract was signed with the experienced construction company Atlas Ward. The total investment amounts to over 20 million PLN, and the planned completion of this stage is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
