CTP has leased over 6220 sqm of space at the CTPark Warsaw North complex to Kuchnie Świata, a specialized importer and supplier in the Polish catering industry. After signing a 10-year lease agreement, which allows for potential expansion, Kuchnie Świata has opened a warehouse and distribution center next to their offices at CTPark Warsaw North.
Kuchnie Świata has been operating on the Polish market since 1990, offering its customers food products from the farthest corners of the world, particularly from Asian countries and Italy. Currently, its portfolio includes approximately 12,000 items, including the largest assortment of fish and seafood in Poland. The company has its own warehouses, including in Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk, and Olsztyn, as well as a transport fleet. It also holds the IFS Logistics certificate, confirming the highest international safety standards in the transport, storage, and distribution of food.
Due to continuous growth, Kuchnie Świata decided to expand its logistics and warehouse facilities by leasing space at CTPark Warsaw North. This is the first lease agreement between CTP and the company, which chose the park due to its high level of functionality and strategic location, which will enable increased efficiency, given that it is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kuchnie Świata headquarters.
Kuchnie Świata moved into CTPark Warsaw North in November 2024. In doing so, they have expanded the group of tenants in the complex, which also includes companies such as Trako Team Rafał Kopański and Zakład Techniki Cieplnej i Chłodniczej Klima Sp. z o.o.
Maria Dymna-Chojnacka, President of the Management Board – Managing Director of Kuchnie Świata SA, says:
„Cooperation with CTP fits closely into our company's development strategy for 2025-2030. Due to the dynamic expansion of one of our sales segments serving retail chains and exports, we needed additional warehouse space to ensure proper service for our new clients. As Kuchnie Świata, in the retail market segment, we cooperate with all the largest retail chains in Poland. Cooperation with the largest FMCG players on the Polish market requires professionalism at the highest level from us, which means, among other things, timely deliveries. Thanks to the newly started cooperation with CTP at CTPark Warsaw North, warehouse processes will be significantly streamlined and implemented in a much shorter time, which will undoubtedly translate into lower operating costs, as well as increased potential to serve a larger number of customers. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and understanding of our needs shown by CTP in the negotiation process. We hope that further cooperation between our companies will be equally successful.”
Katarzyna Myjak, Senior Business Developer at CTP Poland, says:
„CTPark Warsaw North will be one of the main shipping points for Kuchnie Świata SA for the distribution of goods to HoReCa clients, brick-and-mortar stores under the Kuchnie Świata brand, and e-commerce clients. Kuchnie Świata conducts its business multidimensionally, having its locations in prestigious shopping centers, such as Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, Forum Gdańsk in Gdańsk, or the Posnania shopping center in Poznań. I am extremely proud that the further development of the chain will also take place thanks to our cooperation and the use of new warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw North.”
In the immediate vicinity of CTPark Warsaw North runs the strategic S7 expressway, enabling efficient communication both with Warsaw, which is located just 20 kilometers from this business park, and with other parts of the country, including the Tri-City. CTP has also made every effort to ensure that the Czosnów complex enables tenants to implement their ESG strategies, including green energy or the optimization of water resource usage.
