The new space is located in the DC2 building, commissioned in 2025, and is intended to support the further development of the company's operations in the dynamically growing LED lighting segment.

The new space has been prepared with efficient distribution and flexible adaptation to the tenant's logistics processes in mind.
As part of the warehouse preparation:
- the layout of the space was adapted to actual operational processes,
- solutions supporting efficient logistics were implemented,
- the space was optimized for a quick start of operations.
As emphasized by Wojnarowscy, the choice of a modern location is intended to enable even more efficient customer service and further scaling of operations.
Prologis Essentials will accelerate the launch of operations
The tenant also decided to use the Prologis Essentials platform.
Thanks to this, the warehouse will be equipped with, among other things:
- racking systems,
- solutions supporting the efficient use of space,
- infrastructure allowing operations to start from the first day of the lease.
This model is intended to shorten the implementation time and increase the company's operational flexibility.

Prologis Park Ruda Śląska is strengthening its position as one of the most important logistics locations in Górny Śląsk.
