Logistics Point Raszyn is an industrial park located at 10 Sokołowska St. in Raszyn, on the outskirts of Warsaw. The property consists of 2 buildings, offering warehouses with a total GLA of 31,000 sqm. Among the tenants of Logistics Point Raszyn are Hellmann, Iglotex, LaMakeup, Medicover, Splash and Stella Pack. These are mainly logistics companies, wholesalers and companies from the e-commerce sector. Logistics Point Raszyn offers the last available warehouses with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm.
Logistics Point Raszyn, along with Logistics Point Piaseczno and City Point Targówek, is part of a real estate portfolio purchased by Peakside and Partners Group at the beginning of this year. After the completed modernization, the facilities will provide approx. 150,000 sqm of modern logistics space to the market.
