Stella Pack to occupy nearly 17,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Lublin II
Panattoni, the leader of the industrial real estate market in Europe, has leased 17,000 sqm to Stella Pack in Lublin – one of Europe's largest distributors of non-chemical cleaning agents and hygiene products.

The company Stella Pack operates efficiently in the Lublin Voivodeship – it has warehouses and a factory here, among other things – and as of January 2023, it will utilize nearly 17,000 sqm of new warehouse and production space at Panattoni Park Lublin II. As part of the complex, the company will gain access to a range of sustainable solutions, such as green zones at office entrances, twilight sensors for outdoor lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and sanitary fittings equipped with a water-saving mode.

- Starting development in Lublin over 7 years ago, we saw that both the Lublin region and the entire eastern Poland have huge potential, which over time would turn into tenant interest. Another agreement within Panattoni Park Lublin II is a confirmation of the accuracy of this decision and motivation for further expansion of our local portfolio, which already amounts to 190,000 sqm and will grow by another 51,000 sqm in the new year. It is particularly pleasing that once again our investment fits perfectly into the client's regional operations and allows for its development, which positively affects the entire market – says Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni.
Two steps from Via Carpatia. Panattoni Park Lublin II, where the company Stella Pack is leasing space, is located in the Niemce municipality, 8 km from the Lublin bypass and near the S19 expressway and the planned north-south route - Via Carpatia. It is to run along the entire eastern border of the Union, simultaneously connecting communicationally distant regions of Eastern Poland, such as Białystok with Rzeszów. The nearest junction of this road is being designed just 500 m from the park.
Lublin and the entire voivodeship is one of the regions whose potential for modern industrial space Panattoni recognized first. The developer has already opened markets for tenants such as Białystok, Kielce, Opole, Olsztyn, Wałbrzych, Siedlce, or numerous centers in Western Poland – Zielona Góra, Gorzów or Stargard – which has now become one of the main hubs for Western European e-commerce. Panattoni also creates alternatives to the main cities within the so-called Big Five markets. It was the first to bet on Radom, Kalisz or Koluszki, among others.
Panattoni Park Lublin II will ultimately occupy 84,500 sqm across three buildings. Among the tenants of the complex is, among others, the company Varroc Lighting Systems - a leading manufacturer of next-generation exterior lighting systems and vehicle control electronics for the automotive industry - which occupies over 25,000 sqm. The facilities that make up Panattoni Park Lublin II create a modern complex, offering a wide range of solutions for warehousing and logistics, distribution, and light production.
