Panattoni is not slowing down in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian market. The developer has fully commercialized another investment in the region – Panattoni Park Toruń. Over 11,000 sqm is being leased by the company Stork.
The Kuyavian-Pomeranian industrial real estate market has become one of the fastest-growing markets in Poland in recent years, with current stock exceeding 800,000 sqm. The driving force behind this is Panattoni's investments, which have already delivered approx. 450,000 sqm in the voivodeship, building in Bydgoszcz, Grudziądz, and Toruń, where the developer has just fully commercialized a complex of two buildings with a total area of 35,600 sqm. Representatives of the courier and food industries, as well as global logistics operators, are choosing Panattoni Park Toruń, and it is the latter two segments that are combined by the company Stork, which has increased the space leased within the complex to 11,150 sqm, becoming the largest tenant in the investment. The logistics operator conducts operations at the park for three clients from the food industry, the service of which is one of the company's specialties.„Another fully commercialized park in Kuyavia confirms the huge potential of this market. The fact that the commercialization process was completed by an expansion perfectly illustrates the development of the company Stork in the region as well. Furthermore, we are proving once again that the high standard of our facilities, also in terms of sustainable construction, fits perfectly into the needs and policies of our clients” – says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
„The excellent location of Panattoni Park Toruń at the Lubicz motorway junction has allowed us to strengthen our operations in the region and efficiently support our clients in serving Western European markets. Development and growing volumes naturally forced us to have more space, which is why the expansion was an obvious step, especially in a proven location – says Bartosz Michalski, CEO of Stork and adds: -
„The process was significantly facilitated by the partnership approach of Panattoni, which reacted flexibly to changes in the market situation, proposing solutions that were optimal from the client's perspective”.
Panattoni Park Toruń is located near the Lubicz Junction, close to both the A1 motorway, running from the northern to the southern border of Poland, and the S10 expressway under construction, which will ultimately connect Szczecin with the Warsaw region. The location in Kuyavia also allows for reaching the Port of Gdańsk, one of the largest in Europe, in less than two hours. The excellent location of Panattoni Park Toruń is complemented by solutions in the field of ecology and user wellbeing, including green areas, infrastructure for cyclists, and chargers for electric cars. The complex consists of two buildings with an area of: 19,910 sqm and 15,700 sqm.
