Closing the seventh stage of this project is a unique moment that highlights our ability to execute strategic, multi-stage investments. The cooperation with K-FLEX is extremely fruitful – we are proud that we have been able to create this impressive industrial space together for years. The balance of joint activities between Panattoni BTS and K-FLEX is already 120,000 sq m of space tailored to the client's needs, 7 buildings, development of production and logistics, and above all, an above-average level of trust and mutual understanding that allows for the realization of the most ambitious projects – says
Marek Foryński, BTS Managing Director, Panattoni. The complex in Uniejów is the heart of K-FLEX's global operations and a key distribution point from which the company's customers around the world are served. The latest project is a response to K-FLEX's growing production, including rubber and polyethylene insulation and aluminum tapes, as well as plans for expansion into the underfloor heating market. The company is successively increasing its production capacity and warehouse space.
The K-FLEX complex in Uniejów includes modern warehouse and production halls, designed to meet the highest standards of quality and sustainable development. The latest building will undergo environmental certification at the BREEAM Excellent level. The roof of the building has been adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic system, and the hall is equipped with additional LNG infrastructure, which will further allow for the optimization of energy costs.
Additional green areas have been created near the office and social building. A bus bay has also been built, which will enable the launch of transport for employees.
The K-FLEX campus in Uniejów is not only an investment in infrastructure but also real support for local suppliers and the community. Over 1,200 people have already found work here. -
The entire project is an excellent example of how, through close cooperation with the client, large-scale investments can be realized that meet specific business needs and contribute to regional development – adds
Marek Foryński.
