Super-Pharm stays longer at Prologis Park Teresin

Super-Pharm has extended its lease agreement for 9,600 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Teresin. At the same time, the company decided to lease an additional 12,600  sqm. Thus, one of the largest drugstore chains will occupy a total of over 22,000 sqm in the modern Prologis warehouse complex near Warsaw.

The Prologis Park Teresin logistics center consists of three buildings with a total area of nearly 160,000 square meters. The facility provides ideal conditions for domestic and international distribution. This modern complex has its own railway siding and a connection to the DK92 national road and the A2 motorway, and is located at the Wiskitki junction. Its advantages include numerous green areas and direct access to public transport. The building is equipped with a number of amenities for tenants such as a smart metering system and LED lighting.
