The largest Polish ice cube producer is the next tenant at MLP Pruszków II
Pure Ice has joined the group of tenants at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Under the signed agreement, the company will receive over 3,500 sqm of modern space, of which approximately 3,300 sqm will be designated for warehouse and production purposes, while another 250 sqm will consist of office and social space. The investment will commence in the first half of December, and the handover of the completed facility is scheduled for June 2021. The hall will be adapted to the individual needs of the client in accordance with the MLP Group standard.
Pure Ice Sp. z o.o. began its operations at the end of 2010, directing its offer primarily to the largest frozen food distributors in Poland. During the organization stage of the enterprise, Pure Ice set as its primary goal to offer customers food-grade ice cubes while maintaining the highest production quality standards and the logistics chain. The company's chosen strategy allowed for the presence of its ice in the largest retail chains and the achievement of the position of an undisputed leader in the domestic ice cube market in a short time. In 2016, the company expanded its assortment and entered the European market, while simultaneously continuing to develop cooperation with domestic clients. The ice cubes offered by Pure Ice are produced from crystal-clear water obtained through a multi-stage filtration process, maintaining the IFS Food safety management standard at a higher level, annually approved by the certification body TŰV Rheinland. A characteristic feature distinguishing Pure Ice is the constant development and innovation of implemented production and storage technologies. An open perspective on the needs of consumers and retail market operators constitutes an additional competitive advantage for the enterprise.

The MLP Pruszków II project is a logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 309,000 sqm, of which nearly 200,000 sqm is already in use. Thanks to a flexible approach to the individual needs of tenants, the center is able to meet the requirements of clients from various industries. MLP Pruszków II has developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which enable excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution.
