TKF Polska strengthens the tenant portfolio of Hillwood Rawicz

The Hillwood Rawicz logistics park has gained another tenant. TKF Polska has leased nearly 3,700 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, thereby strengthening its business presence in the region.

TKF Polska, part of the Dutch holding company TKH Group NV, has been operating on the Polish market since 2022. It specializes in the production of fiber optic cables and electrical and electronic components, providing innovative solutions for the communication and installation sectors. In 2023, the company launched a modern fiber optic factory in Rawicz, significantly increasing its production potential in Europe. TKF Polska consistently focuses on sustainable development – the energy used in its plants in Poland and the Netherlands comes 100% from renewable sources.

- The decision of TKF Polska to locate its operations in the Hillwood Rawicz logistics center confirms that our park perfectly meets the needs of companies focusing on technological development and stable production facilities. The location directly by the S5 route, combined with the highest standard of space, creates optimal conditions for long-term investments. These are the advantages that make Hillwood Rawicz a key point on the business map of the region – emphasizes Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.

Hillwood Rawicz is a class A warehouse center, certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. Ultimately, the park will offer 147,000 sqm of warehouse space. The facility is located in Korzeńsko (Żmigród municipality), by the S5 expressway connecting Poznań and Wrocław, which guarantees excellent transport connections both on the domestic and international market.

The first stage of the investment, covering almost 54,000 sqm of space in building A, was completed in February 2024. The project was created in close cooperation with the authorities of the Żmigród Municipality, which further emphasizes its importance for the economic development of the region.
