Toyota is developing its logistics facilities in Warszawa. A new BTS logistics center will be built for Toyota Logistics Services Poland, which will be developed by Panattoni.
The new facility will be part of the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will offer nearly 20 thousand sqm of warehouse and logistics space along with office and social facilities.
Operations will start in 2027
The construction of the center is to begin in May 2026, while the launch of operations is scheduled for:
- June 2027.
Toyota will move its operations from the current location to the new warehouse, maintaining:
- operational continuity,
- the existing team of employees,
- service to the domestic logistics market.
Warehouse designed to Toyota's requirements
The facility is being built as a build-to-suit investment, meaning it is fully tailored to the tenant's operational processes.
The logistics center will include, among others:
- a hall with an optimized logistics layout,
- a mezzanine with an area of approximately 4 thousand sqm,
- a special zone for sensitive products,
- spaces for the safe storage of oils and airbags.
The project is intended to support:
- more efficient organization of processes,
- the development of Toyota's operations,
- more effective supply chain management.
Key location near the airport
City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV was chosen, among other reasons, due to:
- the proximity of Toyota's current headquarters,
- convenient access to main routes,
- the vicinity of the airport,
- the ability to efficiently handle urban and domestic logistics.
Warszawa strengthens its position as an urban logistics hub
Another investment by Panattoni shows the growing importance of urban logistics parks within Warszawa.
Modern BTS centers are increasingly chosen by:
- automotive companies,
- logistics operators,
- e-commerce,
- businesses requiring fast distribution and high availability of transport infrastructure.
