Transport enters SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1
TVM Transport Sp. z o.o., belonging to the international capital group TVM specializing in less-than-truckload transport, has leased nearly 2,500 sqm in SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1. The warehouse space will be entirely dedicated to handling vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons.
The TVM Group is an international holding company operating since 2010 throughout Europe. It currently employs over 800 people in its companies in Poland, Italy, and Germany, among others. Its fleet consists of over 100 trucks and 230 delivery vehicles. TVM focuses on comprehensive transport, logistics, and forwarding services. The countries it serves include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Italy. At SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 1, the TVM Group will gain a large warehouse space with a load-bearing capacity allowing for the logistics of vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons. The leased area will also include appropriately sized office and social facilities to meet the client's needs.

The close proximity to national road No. 44 (Gliwice-Kraków) provides access to the S1 expressway and the E75 European route (Toruń-Łódź-Tychy). The total area of the park is 55,700 sqm.
