TVM Group expands its warehouse network. New space in three regions of Poland

The TVM Transport & Logistics Group has increased its warehouse resources by another 10,000 sqm, developing infrastructure in three key locations: Pruszków, Gądki, and Gdańsk. The investment aims to increase operational efficiency and shorten the lead time for logistics services.

Strategic expansion in Warsaw, Poznań, and Gdańsk

The expansion includes:

  • Pruszków (Warsaw region) – 3210 sqm of warehouse and 131 sqm of office space,
  • Gdańsk – 3416 sqm of warehouse and 101 sqm of office space,
  • Gądki (Greater Poland) – 3000 sqm of warehouse and 415 sqm of office space.

The new warehouse in Gdańsk has been operational since October last year, while the facilities in Pruszków and Gądki will begin operations at the end of March.

Cross-dock as the foundation of operations

A key element of the TVM operational model is a developed network of cross-dock warehouses, which enable efficient organization of domestic and international transport.

The new locations strengthen this model, increasing fleet availability and enabling faster order processing. The integration of warehouses in different regions also allows for better utilization of cargo space and optimization of logistics processes.

Dynamic development of transport services

TVM has been operating on the market since 2012 and specializes in less-than-truckload (LTL) transport. The company carries out operations in 19 European countries, using a fleet of nearly 500 vehicles.

The expansion of warehouse facilities is a response to growing customer demand and increasing transport volumes.

Long-term development strategy

The new investments are part of a strategy to further strengthen TVM's position in the logistics market in Poland and Europe. The expansion of warehouse infrastructure will allow the company to increase the scale of its operations and better tailor its offer to customer needs.
