Two 7R developer investments fully leased
7R City Flex Szczecin is a modern class A building with an area of 11,000 sqm. In the Szczecin facility, the first spaces were occupied by the company Artisanal Tapas and the leader of the consumer electronics and home appliances market in Poland, and recently lease agreements were signed by Grupa Kapitałowa Specjał, which is also present in 7R Park Kraków, the company Fakro and Agata Meble. The location of 7R City Flex Szczecin ensures excellent communication with the city, as well as convenient access to the A6 motorway. However, the success and full leasing of the buildings in such a short time was decided primarily by the availability of qualified staff and the proximity of retail parks and proximity to end customers, which is of particular importance for companies in the e-commerce industry.
In Pomerania, the construction of the second project under the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics program is also underway - 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport. The facility with an area of 9,500 sqm, even before the completion of construction, can boast 100 percent commercialization. The group of tenants includes the company Bufab Poland and Odyssey Sp. z o. o., which also occupies space in 7R Park Gdańsk. 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport will be put into use in the third quarter of 2019.
