Two investments worth over 150 million PLN in the Suwalska SSE. New production and warehouse halls will be built.

The new investment by the KAN company is to involve increasing the production capacity of the plant through the expansion of the production center in Białystok, including the construction of a modern production hall, warehouse rooms, and laboratory rooms for testing the quality of manufactured products. Furthermore, the company plans to purchase a new machine park and other equipment.

In connection with the new investment, KAN Sp. z o.o. will incur costs of at least 130 million PLN and will increase current employment by 5 new employees and maintain the employment level of 132 employees.

The company KAN Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer and distributor of internal hot and cold water installations, central heating and underfloor heating, as well as fire protection and technological installations.

In turn, the Cezar enterprise will build a new production and warehouse hall in Ełk (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). As part of the project, plans include, among others, the construction of production and warehouse rooms and the purchase of technological lines and various types of production machines and equipment, as well as the expansion of the administrative building for the needs of the design office.

In connection with the investment, the entrepreneur has declared to incur costs of at least 25.7 million PLN and to increase current employment by 1 new employee and maintain the employment level at 367 employees.
The Cezar enterprise produces finishing materials for construction, such as skirting boards (PVC, MDF, wood, polystyrene, aluminum), carpet strips, profiles for tiles and terracotta, profiles for paneling, wall panels, stair strips, grout strips, protective strips, floor underlays (polystyrene, polyethylene foam, felted wood, natural cork), standard and construction profiles.
