Two new tenants at Panattoni Park Siedlce

Panattoni has secured two new tenants for its investment in Siedlce. FoodWell – a market leader in dried fruits and nuts – will occupy 5,700 sq m in an existing warehouse, and for the second tenant – a logistics operator – the developer will build over 6,200 sq m of new warehouse space.

- „We are constantly raising the bar and focusing on continuous development, and for this, modern logistics facilities are essential. Our new warehouse will serve as a storage site for both finished products to be distributed to customers and for raw materials and packaging intended for use at the factory in Janów Podlaski. Good connectivity with our largest production plant was one of the main arguments that decided the choice of the Panattoni investment” – says Maciej Korycki, Supply Chain Director at FoodWell. 

FoodWell is a group with Polish capital operating in the healthy food segment. The company's portfolio consists of five strong brands: Bakalland, Delecta, Purella Superfoods, BeRAW, and Anatol.

- „Thanks to the agreement with FoodWell, we have commercialized all available speculative space at Panattoni Park Siedlce, and the second agreement – with a logistics operator – allows us to start the next phase of the project. We are pleased with the development of this investment, which – despite being located outside major logistics hubs – effectively attracts tenants. Good transport connections, proximity to the motorway, and limited availability of modern warehouse space in the region are of decisive importance. This is proof that it is worth investing in markets with untapped potential” – says Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.

The second new tenant is an operator providing comprehensive logistics services. As part of the signed agreement, the developer has already started work on expanding the existing hall with new space, and the completion of construction is planned for later this year. The building will be certified using the BREEAM method at a high Excellent level. It will be equipped with, among other things, systems reducing drinking water consumption and saving water. For the comfort of users, increased access to daylight will be provided, while the office part will meet high standards of acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.

Panattoni Park Siedlce is a complex of two class A warehouse halls located close to the center of Siedlce and the city bypass (Siedlce Południe exit), which connects to the A2 motorway. Thanks to this, access to Warsaw is possible in about an hour, and the proximity of national road No. 2 facilitates connections with the eastern regions of the country. The facility can be adapted to the needs of customers from various industries, enabling processes from warehousing and storage to light production.
