Uni-logistics has signed a lease agreement for approx. 2900 sq m of modern warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. Of this, approx. 2300 sq m is intended for warehouse purposes, and an additional 600 sq m is social and office space. The tenant will move into the facility in October 2020.
Uni-logistics is a comprehensive logistics operator with Polish capital, operating internationally since 2007. The company provides services in areas including sea, air, rail, and road freight forwarding. By cooperating with a wide network of trusted agents, the enterprise provides services on the international stage, reaching the most remote corners of the world. The company's main motto is an individual approach to the services provided, which allows for optimal responses to the needs of every client. The company has the status of an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and supports its operations with customs services provided by its own customs agency.
"The dynamic development of the company, as well as the growth in transshipments of our own rail containers from China and increased demand for contract logistics services, have created a need to increase warehouse space. Consequently, we made the decision to move from the warehouse in Kajetany to the MLP warehouse in Pruszków, which has three times the space. The change is also related to the implementation of the WMS system in both Uni-logistics warehouses and the need to serve clients with diverse business profiles" – comments Kamil Walukiewicz, Contract Logistics Business Development Manager at Uni-logistics.
"The strategic location of our MLP Pruszków I park means that whenever a vacant segment appears, we are able to sign an agreement almost immediately. It is a project that enjoys huge popularity among our current and potential tenants. In the park, we have introduced innovative ecological solutions, including RES installations, an electric car charging point, and a city bike rental station. Green projects have now become an additional advantage when choosing a facility" – emphasized Tomasz Pietrzak, Senior Leasing Manager at MLP Group S.A.
The MLP Pruszków I project is the first park created by MLP Group, offering a total of almost 170,000 sq m of modern warehouse and production space. Over the dozen or so years of its operation, this park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced area protected 24 hours a day. A two-bay charging point for electric and hybrid cars has been launched here for clients and tenants. 100% photovoltaic energy is used for this purpose. Furthermore, there is also a city bike station on the center's premises. The facility has a large power supply, great potential for future development for clients, and a proportionally large percentage of parking spaces. The MLP Pruszków I logistics center has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting Warsaw with other urban centers.
