Universal Express has settled in Pruszków
A provider of international logistics solutions and relocation services has extended its lease for a facility within the MLP Pruszków II park for another term. Universal Express moved into this logistics center nearly 10 years ago and currently occupies 13.6 thousand sqm of modern space.
MLP Group has extended a lease agreement for another term with a provider of international logistics solutions and relocation services. Universal Express currently uses a total of 13.6 thousand sqm of modern space within the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, which is the largest warehouse complex in the region. Of this, 460 sqm of space is designated for office use, and the remainder for warehouse purposes. The tenant is among the long-term clients of MLP Group. It has been using the space available within the logistics park for nearly 10 years.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 420 thousand sqm. All new buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate. In accordance with the MLP Group ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the roofs. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which provide excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The park area includes a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station.
