Van Eupen Logistik will move into MLP Unna
MLP Unna is a logistics and production park located on a 12.5 ha plot. The target total leasable area will be approx. 60,000 m2 of modern warehouses. MLP Unna is located in the town of Unna in North Rhine-Westphalia in the Ruhr metropolitan area, which is one of the largest logistics markets in Europe.
Van Eupen Logistik will use 10,300 m2 of warehouse space. MLP Group is conducting negotiations with further potential tenants interested in the offered space.
