VMI Poland is building another facility

VMI Poland from Leszno is building another facility in the I.D.E.A. Investment Zone. The investor is Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane AMBIT.

The I.D.E.A. Investment Zone is distinguished by its convenient location, transport accessibility, the possibility of partitioning a plot of land in accordance with the investor's expectations, and the proximity of already operating companies. In order to create the best possible conditions for investment, the city built Usługowa Geodetów street in the I.D.E.A. Investment Zone, connecting this area with national road no. 5, equipped most of the land with technical infrastructure and street lighting, and built an Entrepreneurship Incubator.

VMI Poland bought a plot of land from the city in September 2017, where it launched its first production plant in Leszno. Since then, production has gradually increased, and full production capacity was reached as early as mid-2018. Already in the initial phase of construction, further expansion was planned, which is why the construction of new halls began in 2018, which were put into use at the beginning of 2019.

The newly built halls almost doubled the production and logistics area. Due to the company's development and the need to increase production space, VMI Poland has started the construction of a new hall. The new facility will include a production area as well as a social and office area with a total area of 13,677 sqm.

The investment is being carried out by Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane AMBIT from Leszno, which is famous for building modern industrial halls in a general contracting system, adapted to the specific requirements of various industries. The investor expects the completion of work related to the construction of the VMI Poland facility at the beginning of 2023.

Established in 2015, the company belongs to an international group of firms specializing in creating and delivering innovative telecommunications, construction, and industrial solutions. VMI Poland employs over 1,600 people worldwide: in the Netherlands, Germany, the USA, China, and Brazil. Out of this massive group of people, 190 employees are employed in Leszno.
