Construction of a modern complex for Kolba is starting in Czeladź. The development will combine administrative, warehouse, logistics and training functions, with a total area of 10,168 sqm. Completion is scheduled for September 2027.
SKB LDR is responsible for delivering the project on a „design and build” basis.
Over 10,000 sqm for one company
The new complex has been designed as an integrated base for Kolba's operations. A single site will house spaces for logistics processes, warehousing, administration and training.
The project includes, among other things:
- a four-storey office building,
- a warehouse hall,
- a co-packing hall,
- extensive parking infrastructure,
- specialist training facilities.
The whole is intended to streamline the company's operations and create conditions for further operational growth.
Warehouse and co-packing in one complex
An important part of the development will be the buildings handling logistics processes. The warehouse hall and the co-packing hall will be integrated with the complex's other functions, which is intended to facilitate the flow of goods and the organisation of day-to-day operations.
From the outset, the project was prepared for the specific needs of the future user, so the individual parts of the development will be functionally interconnected.
Specialist training facilities will also be built
One of the project's distinguishing features will be extensive infrastructure for training and testing activities.
The complex will include specialist rooms and shooting ranges tailored to the nature of the company's business. The project takes into account increased requirements for safety, spatial organisation and functionality of the building.
Administration in a four-storey office building
The central part of the complex will be a four-storey office building, which will become the development's main administrative base.
Combining the office part with the warehouses and operational facilities is intended to enable more efficient management of the entire centre.
Construction will continue until 2027
The design stage has already been completed and the development has entered the construction phase. SKB LDR is responsible for the entire process – from preparing the documentation to construction and handing over the buildings for use.
Completion of all construction work is scheduled for September 2027.
Czeladź gains a specialised development
The new complex will serve as a base for the further growth of Kolba, which operates in the outdoor, hunting and shooting equipment sector.
The development will also increase the scale of modern business and logistics infrastructure in Czeladź, bringing together warehouse, administrative and training functions in one place.
