Wadim Plast to move into MLP Pruszków II

Wadim Plast will join the group of tenants at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The company, which specializes in plastics processing, has contracted 3,200 sqm of warehouse space. The facility will be adapted for the installation of overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 2×40 tons. The tenant will also have office space at its disposal. The planned handover of the facility is to take place in December of this year. The tenant was supported in the transaction by the agency MAXON Nieruchomości.

Wadim Plast has been operating in the plastics processing industry since 1981. It offers complete production line equipment (injection molding machines, peripherals, robots, temperature controllers, static mixers), tool shop equipment (3D printers, hot runner systems, standard parts), and cooling devices. It designs and implements cooling systems. The solutions offered are used by companies in the medical, packaging, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

"The client expected non-standard solutions tailored to the specifics of their business. Thanks to the developer's flexible approach, we managed to find warehouse space that fully met the tenant's expectations. We are very pleased with the finalization of the transaction, especially considering the complexity of the project. We believe that the decision to lease logistics space at MLP Pruszków II will contribute to the further dynamic development of the Wadim Plast company." – comments Paweł Rąbkowski, Director in the Industrial Department, MAXON Nieruchomości.

"MLP Pruszków II, located near the Warsaw agglomeration, is one of the most popular projects in our portfolio. A very good location combined with extensive infrastructure, including the installation of photovoltaic systems, encourages tenants to relocate their operations here. At the same time, the investment maintains a very high potential for further expansion at all times" – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

In line with the developer's ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are systematically being built in logistics parks, thanks to which tenants can use green energy. They are being installed, among others, at MLP Pruszków II and MLP Wrocław. At the moment, infrastructure with a capacity of 50 kWp has been built in each of these parks. The micro-installations are only the first stage of a large PV project implemented by MLP Group. The next step will be their expansion to much higher capacities. Ultimately, the capacity of the installations at MLP Pruszków II will reach 1 MW, and at MLP Wrocław 0.55 MW. In total, they will produce 1,271 MWh/year, which will allow for the reduction of CO2 emissions by approx. 887 tons/year.

The MLP Pruszków II project is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 393,000 sqm. Thanks to a flexible approach to the individual needs of tenants, the center is able to meet the requirements of clients from various industries. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which provide excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution.
