Warehouse for Cefea from 7R

At ul. Działkowa in Warsaw, as part of the 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I urban warehouse complex, a building with an area of 3,500 sqm is being constructed, specially adapted to the needs of the pharmaceutical company Cefea. The tenant will additionally occupy 940 sqm of office space, and the structure of the facility allows for the addition of an extra floor if needed.

"As a result of the expansion of our operations, we are moving from our current location and increasing our production area more than fourfold. A huge advantage of 7R facilities is their location near our previous headquarters, which will facilitate the moving process and enable convenient access for employees and suppliers. The developer 7R has been extremely open to our needs, comments, and suggestions from the beginning of our cooperation. As a result, they are providing us with specialized, top-quality space adapted to the requirements of pharmaceutical legislation, while simultaneously guaranteeing a spacious and modern office" - comments Daniel Gralak, Managing Director at Cefea.

Cefea will launch a center dedicated to the packaging and repackaging of medicinal products and the logistics handling of clinical trials. The tenant's client base includes the largest pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies in Poland, international leaders in the parallel import market, and innovative pharmaceutical companies from the Far East.

"Cooperation in the BTS formula allows us to plan and implement a number of solutions at an early stage of development work that will guarantee the standard required in the pharmaceutical industry. Examples include rooms with strictly controlled air temperature maintained at 15-20°C, as well as special dedicated areas for production in the so-called cold chain. At 7R, we have experience in delivering this type of specialized facility. This is yet another warehouse for the pharmaceutical industry that we will soon be putting into use" - adds Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R.

7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I is a complex of three modern class A facilities, which is being built as part of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouse network concept. This is the first 7R investment of this type on the warehouse map of Warsaw. The facilities are located at ul. Działkowa, 500 m from the Warszawa Okęcie tram terminus, which is part of the Park&Ride complex, and in the vicinity of a shopping center.
