Strefa Tenisa has leased 3,5 thousand sq m of space in the upcoming 7R Park Warsaw South III in Sękocin. The new location will combine the function of a logistics center with a professional tennis equipment service and will handle orders from both Poland and foreign markets.

Strefa Tenisa develops its facilities near Warsaw

The new facility is to respond to the growing scale of online sales and the increasing operational needs of the company. The space will be used for storing products, fulfilling orders, and servicing tennis equipment.

Combining several functions in one place is intended to streamline the flow of goods and allow the company to further develop sales without having to separate logistics and service processes between different locations.

Warehouse and professional service in one facility

Strefa Tenisa will occupy a total of 3,5 thousand sq m of space. The new center will support:

  • e-commerce sales support,
  • order fulfillment for clients in Poland,
  • shipments to foreign markets,
  • storage of equipment, clothing, and accessories,
  • professional tennis equipment service.

The new space is also intended to create conditions for further expanding the company's service offering.

Sękocin chosen with efficient distribution in mind

7R Park Warsaw South III is being built in Sękocin, in one of the key logistics locations south of Warsaw. The proximity to the capital and access to main transport routes are expected to facilitate both local distribution and shipments to other parts of the country.

For Strefa Tenisa, it was important to be able to combine a convenient location with space that allows for simultaneous warehouse and service processes.

E-commerce increases requirements for warehouses

Growing online sales are changing the way companies plan their logistics facilities. Increasingly, a warehouse must not only store products but also ensure fast order picking, returns processing, or additional services performed before shipping to the customer.

According to forecasts cited by Knight Frank, the share of e-commerce in Polish retail trade may increase from about 10 percent currently to over 23 percent in 2032.

Increasingly specialized logistics centers

The case of Strefa Tenisa shows that developing e-commerce brands are today looking for spaces that can be adapted to specific business processes. In this case, the warehouse will simultaneously be a shipping center and a facility for specialized service operations.

New park gains tenants even before completion

The agreement with Strefa Tenisa is further confirmation of interest in 7R Park Warsaw South III even at the investment implementation stage. The complex is to serve companies from the e-commerce, distribution, and logistics sectors that need quick access to the largest consumer market in Poland.
