White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, is beginning the construction of a logistics center in Raszyn, which will ultimately total nearly 55,000 sqm. As part of the investment, for which commercialization began at the beginning of the year, 3 buildings will be constructed in stages. The project will include Hall A with an area of 25,394 sqm, Hall B with an area of 18,077 sqm, and a slightly smaller Hall C with a size of 11,455 sqm. As the developer declares - the minimum possible module to be created is approximately 1,200 m2.

The logistics park in Raszyn, which is being developed by White Star Logistics, is located directly at the S8 junction and in close proximity to the A2 motorway, as well as the S2 route currently nearing completion, which is part of the Southern Warsaw Bypass. Another advantage of the investment is the systematic implementation of subsequent stages of the S7 route, which should further facilitate communication with the Fryderyk Chopin Airport located 9 km away.

It is likely that building B, which is located centrally on the park's plans, will be the first to be commercialized, which will provide us with the greatest flexibility during the implementation of subsequent stages. The logistics center in Raszyn will combine BIG BOX type spaces and small modules typical for urban logistics and production (SBU – Small Business Unit), in which office facilities will constitute a significant part. In addition to standard parameters characteristic of class A warehouse space, the center will be equipped with, among other things, modern LED lighting, electric car charging stations, and like every investment carried out by White Star Logistics, it will have a BREEAM certificate at a level of at least very good.
The strategy of White Star Logistics assumes the creation of a network of modern logistics centers in the most desirable locations in Poland, and in the first 3 years, as part of the joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, it intends to complete eight to ten warehouse projects in Poland with a total target area of over 500,000 m2. The budget for these projects is expected to amount to 350 million euros.
