WPIP Construction expands MLP Poznań

Construction of a new facility for HAVI Logistics has begun at the MLP Poznań logistics center. The investment, covering over 16,000 sqm of new space, will meet the highest environmental standards. The goal is to obtain BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. MLP Group has entrusted the role of general contractor to WPIP Construction. The handover of the completed space is planned for August this year.

MLP Group has signed another contract with WPIP Construction for the expansion of the MLP Poznań logistics center. As part of the contract, the general contractor will build a facility offering over 16,000 sqm of modern space. It is dedicated to the global company HAVI Logistics, which deals with innovation, optimization, and supply chain management for leading global brands providing services in the HoReCa & Convenience market.

According to the arrangements, the handover of the new warehouse hall to the tenant is planned for August this year. Its construction will be carried out according to the principles of sustainable development. The investment will be subject to ecological BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. The facility will be equipped with, among other things, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and charging stations for passenger cars and trucks.
