Wrocław Business Park with a new owner
Wrocław Business Park has been acquired by Panattoni from Aviva Investors. Currently, Wrocław Business Park is 100% leased to three tenants: FedEx Express, Topus and DHL. The final transaction amount has not been disclosed.
Wrocław Business Park consists of two warehouse buildings with a total GLA of approx. 9,500 sqm, as well as an investment plot of approx. 10.5 hectares. The properties are located at 55 Bierutowska Street in Wrocław, in a warehouse and retail hub in the central part of Psie Pole, which is situated near the A8 Wrocław motorway bypass and the S8 expressway. Other nearby properties are occupied by companies such as Whirlpool, UTC Aerospace System, Bosch, Raben, DHL or TK Maxx.
