XBS Group companies have leased a total of over 90,000 sqm in four warehouse parks near Warsaw
XBS Logistics and XBS PRO-LOG, companies belonging to the XBS Group, have leased a total of over 90,000 sqm of space in four warehouse parks near Warsaw. The companies XBS Logistics and XBS PRO-LOG have extended and expanded their cooperation with P3 Błonie, Mapletree Park Błonie Metropol, MLP Pruszków I, and have leased new warehouse space at Panattoni Park Warsaw West.
– The development strategy of XBS Group is based on providing optimal logistics solutions, using modern technology, while respecting the natural environment and local communities. Our business model is focused on optimizing the entire supply chain, which is why we wanted to concentrate all operations conducted by XBS Logistics within a one-kilometer radius – says Jacek Kołodziejczyk, CEO, XBS Group.
A priority was also maintaining the strategic location of the XBS PRO-LOG company at the MLP Pruszków I park, which is also the headquarters of the Management Board. Advisors from Newmark Polska helped us carry out the entire operation efficiently, thanks to which we optimized rental costs in logistics parks and leased additional, adjacent warehouse modules, including a business module in the latest warehouse standard – says Jacek Kołodziejczyk.
The P3 Błonie, Mapletree Park Błonie Metropol, MLP Pruszków I, and Panattoni Park Warsaw West parks share a convenient location – the proximity of national roads and motorways allows for efficient transport of goods throughout Poland. The short distance from Warsaw also ensures access to a large market of employees with various qualifications, which is a huge advantage for companies in the logistics industry.
