Yusen Logistics expands warehouse space at Goodman Toruń

The Polish branch of the international logistics company Yusen Logistics has leased 8,700 sqm of additional warehouse space in the Toruń Logistics Centre complex owned by Goodman, which means the facility is now fully leased.

Yusen Logistics is a global logistics company headquartered in Tokyo, providing sea, air, and road freight forwarding services, as well as contract logistics, distribution, and customs services. In Poland, the company operates from 8 locations, including 3 warehouses with an area of over 50,000 sqm, and specializes in serving the automotive, retail, and e-commerce markets.

Goodman Toruń Logistics Centre offers nearly 67,000 sqm of space created for warehouse purposes and light production needs. The entire warehouse project is perfectly connected to both eastern and western markets. The logistics center has a connection to the airport in Bydgoszcz, located only 50 km away. Moreover, 12 km from the investment is the intersection of the A1 and S10 roads, which enables a very convenient connection to Toruń, the Tricity, Warsaw, or Szczecin.
