City Logistics Warsaw I is an innovative project by Panattoni Europe – it is a modern logistics center located in the industrial part of the Bielany district in Warsaw. The facility is dedicated to tenants serving the capital, especially the north-western part of Warsaw and its center. The universal and at the same time flexible space of the facility allows it to be adapted to the needs of tenants from many industries, especially those offering online shopping. The project includes 26,000 m2 of modern warehouse space and fits into the „last mile” concept. It is mainly dedicated to online order processes. The project fits into current warehouse market trends, the development of which is increasingly influenced by companies from the e-commerce sector.

Realizacja nowego projektu Panattoni w Warszawie
Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw I to obiekt, który będzie mieć ponad 25 000 mkw. powierzchni magazynowo-biurowej do wynajęcia, położony będzie w przemysłowej części warszawskich Bielan.
Wmurowanie kamienia węgielnego odbyło się 25.07.2018 r, a zakończenie budowy przewidywane jest na październik tego roku.
Część powierzchni została już wynajęta firmom: Frisco.pl i Marcato.

Panattoni Europe z projektami City Logistics
Deweloper zapowiedział inwestycje o wartości około 1,2 miliarda euro na budowę projektów City Logistics(obiekty zlokalizowane w granicach miast).
W trakcie realizacji w Polsce są już cztery inwestycje, których wartość wynosi 65 mln euro. Najnowsza z nich-City Logistics Warsaw, o powierzchni 26 000 mkw. ma już pierwszego Najemcę, jakim jest firma Frisco.pl. Firma zdecydowała się na wynajęcie około 11 000 mkw. powierzchni magazynowo-biurowej.
