Panattoni Park Zgorzelec is another project by the developer Panattoni located at the Polish-German border. The investment will offer over 60,000 sqm within two A-class buildings.

The facility is perfectly suited for storage purposes thanks to a ten-meter storage height and a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 5T/sqm. The building has the necessary fire protection equipment, as well as a modern sprinkler system. Access to the warehouse is possible via numerous loading docks with hydraulic levelers and dock shelters, as well as ground-level gates.

On the external premises of the investment, there is a large parking lot for passenger cars and trucks, as well as a maneuvering area.
