PARK LOGISTYCZNY JANKI VRE is a modern class A distribution center, located near the S8 (Białystok – Wrocław) and S7 (Gdańsk – Kraków) expressways, as well as a short distance from the A2 (Warsaw – Berlin) motorway.
The center is planned to include the construction of one warehouse hall with an area of approx. 28,500 sqm. The hall is in A-class standard, meaning:
- 10m storage height,
- floor load capacity of 7,000 kg / sqm.,
- loading docks and ground-level gates,
- BREAM certification at the Excellent level.

Within the planned hall, it is possible to separate a dedicated module with a size corresponding to the tenant's needs. Office and social space will be built within the hall according to requirements.
