7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I - new 7R investment in Pomerania

7R has started construction of a new facility in Pomerania. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will ultimately offer three halls with a total area of approx. 40,500 sqm. The general contractor for the investment is Pekabex.

7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will be ready at the end of the summer this year. Located in Gdańsk, the park is being built in an excellent location: just 4 km from the Lech Wałęsa Airport, 800 meters from the exit of the S6 route, 13 km from the center of Gdańsk and 25 km from the port in Gdynia. The complex will be easily accessible for both road traffic and future employees.

The industrial and warehouse park 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will provide future tenants with numerous amenities. Three modern halls with innovative and ecological solutions will be built on the premises of the complex. The interiors will be illuminated with daylight and LED lamps. A photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 250 kWp with the possibility of expansion is also planned. 7R will also provide the highest quality thermal insulation of walls. The complex will have an ecological BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
