7R has sold the 7R City Flex Gdańsk II warehouse

7R has finalized the sale of 7R City Flex Gdańsk II. The new owner is GLP Europe. The facility covers 11,000 sqm of space – it is currently fully leased by leading brands from the food and FMCG sectors.

GLP Europe is an international company specializing in the development and management of investments in areas such as logistics real estate and renewable energy. 7R has previously completed several projects commissioned by GLP. This time, GLP decided to purchase a completed project.

7R City Flex Gdańsk II is located by the Gdańsk city bypass, near the A1 motorway and the intersection with the S7 expressway. Thanks to its strategic location, the facility meets the requirements of a last-mile logistics warehouse and enables maximum reduction of delivery times. Current tenants of the facility include brands such as: Euronet Polska, Frisco, and KTD Wyposażenie Obiektów Handlowych.

7R City Flex Gdańsk is BREEAM certified. The solutions used include LED lighting, daylighting of the loading zone, as well as destratifiers that direct warm air to the lower parts of the building. 

Legal services for the transaction on the GLP side were provided by the law firm White&Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy - Kancelaria Prawna sp. k., and tax advisory by Deloitte. 7R was represented by the law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń Brzoza-Ostrowska sp.k., and by Crido for tax matters.
