7R is starting another project on the Szczecin warehouse market. 7R Park Szczecin South will offer around 29,000 sqm of space, and the entire first building has been leased by Procent Poland even before construction begins.
Two buildings and 29,000 sqm of space
7R Park Szczecin South will be built in the south-western part of Szczecin. It will be the developer's first project located on the left bank of the city.
The complex will comprise two Class A buildings. The larger will offer over 23,000 sqm, while the second will provide around 5,000 sqm of space.
The project is being prepared for companies from the logistics, e-commerce, distribution and light manufacturing sectors.
Procent Poland will occupy the entire building
The first tenant is Procent Poland, which provides logistics services to international e-commerce companies.
The company has signed a long-term lease covering the entire first building, i.e. over 23,000 sqm of space. Importantly, the lease was secured even before construction work began.
The new warehouse will be tailored to the specific processes carried out by the operator and will increase its operational capacity.
A location with access to the German market
One of the main advantages of 7R Park Szczecin South will be its location, enabling efficient international operations, especially on the Poland–Germany route.
The complex will provide access to the A6 motorway, which on the German side connects with the A11 towards Berlin, as well as to the S3 and S6 expressways.
The park will be located around 7 km from Szczecin city centre and 36 km from Szczecin-Goleniów Airport. An additional advantage is access to the seaports in Szczecin and Świnoujście.
Szczecin strengthens its logistics position
Proximity to the German market, well-developed road infrastructure and access to ports mean that Szczecin remains an important location for logistics and e-commerce serving cross-border operations.
Securing a tenant for the entire first building at 7R Park Szczecin South even before construction began confirms the interest in modern warehouse space in the region.
