CTP has launched a new warehouse and production park in Nowy Konik near Warsaw. Ultimately, the complex will offer approximately 69 thousand sqm of modern space for logistics, production, commercial, and technology companies. The first tenants have already chosen this location, and the official opening of the investment is scheduled for mid-June.

Four halls and almost 70 thousand sqm of space

CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is being built east of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway. Ultimately, the complex will consist of four buildings with a total area of approximately 69 thousand sqm.

The park was designed with a wide range of users in mind – from small and medium-sized enterprises to large companies conducting advanced logistics, production, and research and development operations.

Three space formats for various businesses

One of the distinguishing features of the investment is a diversified space offer, tailored to the needs of companies at various stages of development.
