Another successful transaction for Hillwood Polska and mBank S.A.

Hillwood Polska and mBank S.A. have closed a financing transaction worth over 38 million euros for the construction of the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics park.

Hillwood Zgierz II is a class A logistics center located in Dąbrówka Wielka, in central Poland. The facility is located directly by the provincial road no. 702, providing excellent connections to the A2 motorway junction (1.5 km) and the A1 motorway junction (15.5 km). The center offers nearly 77,000 sqm of class A warehouse space, with an above-standard height of 12 meters and an increased floor load capacity of 8 t/sqm.

The investment is also subject to BREEAM certification with a planned Excellent rating.
