One of the largest flooring and door retail chains in Poland – Bel-Pol – has leased over 5,600 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Kobyłka. The new location is intended to improve customer service and increase the company's operational capabilities in the Warsaw metropolitan area.

New warehouse and office facilities

Under the agreement, Bel-Pol will occupy:

• approximately 5,150 sqm of warehouse space,
• nearly 500 sqm of office and social facilities.

The new facility will allow the company to better manage distribution and optimize logistics processes in one of the most important sales regions.

Relocation and business development

The decision to move operations to Kobyłka was driven by the need for further development and to scale up operations. The new space provides the opportunity for more effective inventory management and prepares the company for future growth.
