Changes at 7R Park Gdańsk IV
13,000 sqm – that is the total space leased at 7R Park Gdańsk IV by a new tenant, Argo S.A., a market leader in, among others, office equipment and materials for document binding and shredding, and Mercator Medical, a manufacturer of gloves and distributor of disposable medical materials, which has expanded its lease agreement to over 19,500 sqm.
Argo S.A. has leased approximately 6,400 sqm of space, which will be used, among other things, for storage purposes.
– We decided to relocate to a warehouse in the 7R Park Gdańsk IV distribution center to increase our storage space and to optimize logistics processes and costs, including in the area of goods packaging and equipment servicing, for which appropriately dedicated zones have been „tailor-made” – says Radosław Szwabe, Logistics Director at Argo. - We expect that the modern space, built and operated using environmentally friendly technology, will contribute to lowering operating costs and will improve the quality of customer service as well as the comfort of our team's work. The decision to relocate to a new distribution center is in line with the realization of our organization's mission and is a milestone on the path to its further development.
Argo S.A. is a market leader in office equipment and materials for document binding and shredding (brands Kobra, Wallner, Galeria Papieru, Heykka, Dovre), a distributor of Grawerton products (materials and equipment for sublimation and thermal transfer) and Hanami (laminating films for work requiring high-quality print finishing).

In turn, Mercator Medical S.A., which had already chosen 7R Park Gdańsk IV, decided to increase its leased space by over 6,500 sqm. In total, the company's new distribution center will have an area of over 19,500 sqm. The company will begin operations at the new location in the second quarter of 2025. As emphasized by Andrzej Michalak, Logistics Director at Mercator Medical, the new warehouse, characterized by high potential and very high parameters in terms of low emissions, supports the company's approach to environmental issues: - We care about optimizing distribution processes, which will allow us to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
7R Park Gdańsk IV is located in Barniewice – 2.5 km from the S6 - the Tricity metropolitan bypass and 4 km from the Gdańsk airport. The 42,000 sqm park was designed according to the highest standards and sustainability criteria, which brings benefits to the natural environment as well as to the tenants. The solutions applied, including photovoltaic panels, the DALI lighting control system, and the thoughtful use of daylight in loading zones, bring measurable savings in energy consumption costs.

The park was designed according to the highest ESG standards and criteria so that it could serve tenants well for many years. On the premises, there will be green zones that support employee well-being and the biodiversity of flora and fauna. For motorists, electric vehicle charging stations have been provided. All eco-friendly aspects qualify the warehouse for a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
