The first stage of 7R Park Gdańsk IV has been completed. The investment has received a BREEAM Outstanding certificate, offering 10,000 sqm of warehouse space right next to the Tricity bypass.
The investment area includes warehouses as well as office and social areas. The first stage of the investment consists of a warehouse with an area of 10,000 sqm, with courier shelters with an area of 2,100 sqm, as well as an office building with an area of 1,000 sqm.
- This is another project that we have the pleasure of carrying out for 7R. The implementation process of the first stage was greatly facilitated by the fact that we use prefabricated elements produced by the company BETPREF, which is part of the Dekpol Group. We are pleased that the investor trusts us, especially since the location of the facility is strategic: it will provide future tenants with proximity to both the Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk and the Tricity bypass - explains Adam Olżyński, Commercial Director at Dekpol Budownictwo.
The first stage of the investment obtained a BREEAM certificate at the highest Outstanding level. The project achieved an overall score of 88.8%, earning the maximum number of points in the Energy (100) and Water (100) categories.- 7R Park Gdańsk IV is a modern cross-dock facility designed with operational efficiency and the highest standards of sustainable construction in mind. Obtaining the BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level at the first phase of the project is a huge success for us and a confirmation of our commitment to responsible development - says Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing at 7R.
The project offers numerous ecological solutions, such as:
- photovoltaic installation,
- heat pumps,
- recuperation ventilation with heat recovery at a minimum level of 80%,
- roof skylights,
- energy-saving lighting with DALI control (daylight and presence sensors),
- electric vehicle charging stations. The facility is equipped with a BMS building automation system that increases energy efficiency, through, among other things, monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, controlling lighting and heating or air conditioning.
There are also flower meadows and insect hotels on the investment site.
The completion of the second stage of the investment is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
