CTP has completed the next stage of the CTPark Toruń investment. The second warehouse hall – TORU02 – with an area of nearly 20,000 sqm has been put into use, increasing the total supply of the park to over 46,000 sqm

The first tenant is already operating

The first building of the complex – the TORU01 hall with an area of almost 27,000 sqm – was launched at the beginning of 2026. Operations are conducted there by Vestas, a company operating in the renewable energy sector.

The facility was prepared for:

  • advanced logistics operations,
  • light production,
  • warehousing,
  • integration of office and operational functions.

Flexible modules for various companies

According to CTP, the park was designed as a modern urban warehouse, responding to the growing demand for smaller and flexible spaces.

Tenants can use three formats:

  • CTBox – modules from 950 sqm,
  • CTFlex – spaces of approx. 1300 sqm for e-commerce and production,
  • CTSpace – distribution centers over 3500 sqm.

The investment model is designed to support:

  • local startups and SMEs,
  • production companies,
  • logistics operators,
  • businesses expanding internationally.

Strategic location by the A1 and S10

CTPark Toruń was built on an over 14-hectare site at Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street in Toruń.

Key advantages of the location:

  • proximity to the A1 motorway,
  • access to the S10 expressway,
  • location within the TEN-T network,
  • good conditions for domestic and international distribution.

Toruń increasingly important on the logistics map of Poland

The expansion of the complex confirms the growing importance of Toruń as a location for modern warehouse and production operations.

The developer emphasizes that the investment is to provide:

  • scalable spaces,
  • quick adaptation possibilities,
  • modern infrastructure,
  • support for companies expanding their regional and international operations.
