Elanders Polska has become a new tenant of Hillwood Wrocław East. The company has leased nearly 5.6 thousand sqm of warehouse and office space, and only one vacant module of 4.2 thousand sqm remains in the entire park.

Over 5 thousand sqm of warehouse and 600 sqm of offices

Elanders Polska has leased over 5 thousand sqm of warehouse space in Hillwood Wrocław East. It is complemented by two-story office facilities with an area of approximately 600 sqm.

The space will be adapted to the specifics of the tenant's production and operational processes, so as to enable a quick start of operations in the new location.

Elanders expands its operations near Wrocław

Elanders Polska belongs to the international Elanders group, operating in over a dozen countries. In Poland, the company has been present for over two decades and has plants in Płońsk and Długołęka near Wrocław.

Its activities include, among others, offset and digital printing, logistics services, supply chain management, packaging production, and e-commerce support.

The new space in Dobrzykowice is intended to support the further development of the company's operations in the Wrocław region.

Only one vacant module remains in the park

Signing the agreement with Elanders Polska means that the commercialization of Hillwood Wrocław East has entered its final phase.

Only one module with an area of 4.2 thousand sqm remains for lease. The rest of the complex has already been taken up by tenants.

Nearly 60 thousand sqm in one building

Hillwood Wrocław East is a warehouse center located in Dobrzykowice, in the Czernica municipality. The complex offers a total of nearly 60 thousand sqm of leasable area in one building.

The park is located about 15 km from the center of Wrocław, directly by the city's eastern bypass.

Access to S8, A8 and A4

The location provides convenient access to the main road routes of the region, including the S8 expressway, the A8 Wrocław motorway bypass, and the A4 motorway.

Thanks to this, the facility can handle both local distribution as well as domestic and international transport.

Hillwood Wrocław East holds a BREEAM New Construction certificate at the Excellent level.
